Here are the official results for the Prep team foil event of the 2nd Annual Russ Heggen  Memorial Tournament, held on Sunday, April 10, 2005 at West Salem High School in Salem, Oregon.

Fencers ranged in age from 12 years old to 50-somethings.

The teams fenced a complete round-robin (three matches each). These were 45-touch matches in nine three-minute bouts. Each bout was fought to the next increment of five total points, for a total of 45 points. Teams with an optional fourth person were allowed one substitution per match.
